Job Requirements: Handle enquiries on customers’ travel needs through phone or email or in person. Ability to communication in English and Mandarin. Good working attitude and willing to work during weekend. Able to multi-task and work independently. Young and energetic preferred as stress level and working hours may. Minimum qualifications GCE “O” level. PC Literate. be necessary

Job Description: Provide excellent customers service by phone/email/walk in. Maintain good relationship with customers. Handling customers need on flights, tour packages and hotel reservations enquiries
