Requirements: Education GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent. Work experience Minimum 3 years experience. Spesific skills Proficient in Microsoft Office. Preferably bilingual in English & Chinese in order to liase with local suppliers. Direct surpevisor Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities : Purchase raw materials that are to be utilized by the factory and for project use. Responsible for ordering and procuring office materials such as stationaries, confectionaries, etc. In charge of compiling and constant updating of supplier list. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers. Responsible for outsourcing new and cost effective suppliers. Liaise with internal departments on product type, price and quantity of materials to be purchassed. Ensure that all invoices are certified accordingly. Responsible for maintaining a library of catalogues and samples of raw materials for future reference. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
