Participate, analyze and resolve customer initiated technical discussions. with the support from HQ’s technical team) related to EBU’s, nacelles, component problems. including repairs, and provide training and rigging to airline’s maintenance personnel. Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering. With at least 5 to 7 years’ relevant experience within the Aerospace Industry, preferably in airline support /technical service functions. Proactive, customer–focus, and possess a high degree of integrity. Practical knowledge of nacelle components and EBUs together with good analytical skills and the ability to work well with international clients are essential qualities.
