Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years relevant experience. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve technical problems, set up experiments, and perform failure analysis. Ability to read electronics schematics, as well as use various equipment diagnostics tools and instruments. Strong RF knowledge in Oscillator, Frequency Synthesizer, VCO as well as familiarity with test equipments.
Job Duties : Troubleshoot product/process/equipment problem in order to minimize production downtime and achieve product quality. Perform process characterization, process optimization and implement any necessary process controls. Establish work instruction and process control/documentation for products and coordinates with technical department regarding product failure and take necessary corrective action. Support test/product development from NPI to mass production.
