You should have : Minimum 3 years experience in F/B Industry, preferably French Restaurants related. Help the Sous Chef in the efficient running of the day to day operations of the kitchen. Ability to manage, train and motivate younger staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in catering would be a strong plus. Be willing to work on weekends and public holidays. Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office. Hold a Degree or Diploma in F&B / Hospitality management. Only Singaporeans, Malaysians and PRs need apply. Salary Negotiable
