Job Description: Sourcing, enquiry, evaluation and comparing price for all construction consumable materials, tools, and equipment. Confirmation of purchase and co ordination of order. Documentation & processing of purchase order, delivery order, invoices. Data entry into CCS system. Keep trace of record for purchased item on individual job consumption. Filing of all documents Engage contractor for all maintenance and inspection for workshop equipment. Engage professionals for inspection and certification on equipment. Documentation on all asset operational and maintenance manual. Administration work on workshop manpower, time sheet , work permit, medical and leave. Other miscellaneous unclassified work as instruct by supervisor
Job Requirements: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels. Minimum 1 to 2 Years working experience. Willing to learn and take up challenges. Proficient with Microsoft office
