Requirements: A minimum of Diploma holder with at least 3 years of working experience. Possess an excellent command of both English and Mandarin language as candidate is required to liaise with China and Taiwan. Proficient in MS Office, especially with spreadsheets and comfortable working with numbers – must have good attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task on an ongoing basis. Ability to work under pressure with several projects running concurrently while ensuring timelines are met. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal customers (at all levels). A good team-player able to work closely with colleagues in a collaborative manner. Demonstrable self-starter with the ability and willingness to take initiative, work independently, and make decisions in support of the business while showing good understanding of internal processes and objectives.
Responsibilities : Prepare documents on Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Consolidation of Key Performance Indicators in Excel, analysis and disseminating the data. Develop document management system in Livelink database, upload documents and communicate/train users on the database. Support Records Retention Schedule work for Singapore
