Responsibilities: Responsible for all South-East Asia’s IT operations and activities and service management initiatives. To be involved in Project Management of Infrastructure projects. Responsible for implementing and support of ITSM (service management) program
Requirements: At least Diploma or Bachelor in Computer Studies, Computer Engineering or IT. Minimum 5 – 8 years working experience with 3 years in Management position. Strong IT operations technical and management skills based on ITIL. Strong Vendor Management skills (Please highlight any offshore vendor management experience, e.g. experience liaising with Indian vendors). Professional certifications e.g. CISM, ITIL, CISSP will be preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Only Singaporeans or Singapore PRs need apply
