Requirements: Possess at least a degree in Visual Communication, Communication Design or equivalent from this decade. Has at least 5 or more years working experience in a graphic design agency. Good conceptualisation ability and sense in layout is extremely important. Must appeal not only to the crazies but also the regular folks. Good command of English (verbal & written) is a must. Audible accents acceptable. Ability to present ideas effectively to clients will be a huge plus. Deadpan or not. Passion is the key to all good design works. Ability to laugh in adversities helps too.
