Global Tender Barges Pte Ltd, The company’s main focus is tender barges operations in Asia Pacific and Africa and aims to be the preferred partner in supplying first class tender drilling rigs for the global energy industry.We are inviting high calibre individuals to join our fast growth team as Expeditor.
Requirements : Possess a minimum Diploma qualification. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in oil and gas industry. Knowledge in SAP R/3 is preferred. Good interpersonal and negotiating skills, responsible , committed, highly effective, dynamic and results-oriented. Able to organize and prioritize tasks well under tight deadlines. Good communication and writing skills in English. Hands on approach with ability to work individually in a team environment. Only Singaporeans and Singapore PR need to apply
Job Duties : Export purchase orders outstanding report from SAP system to expedite materials, equipment or services that exceeded promised due date. Coordinate with suppliers to get materials exchanged or wrongly supplied. Coordinate with suppliers to send items for repair / return. Coordinate with forwarder to schedule delivery of materials through different modes such as air, sea and road. Good Receipt in SAP system including service entry. Proceed & control Return process. Worked in applying for license/permit for materials that required license. Requested for certificates for materials that are shipped without certificates. Worked with forwarder to clear delivery orders that were not completed and accurate. Provided catalogues for items that required permit. Arrange / prepare all the documents / parcel for sending to logistics base. Follow up PIR status and completed. Ensure any invoice queries relating to their Purchase orders are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner. Documents Filing and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
