Job Scope : Communicating with airline ground engineers, establishing the correct flight number and the fuel quantity required and liaising with the engineers regarding the quantity distribution to be supplied into the various aircraft fuel tanks. During refuelling, holding the ‘deadman’ control handle and the landyard and be on the alert for immediate shutdown of operation in an emergency. Carries out refuelling/defuelling operations, which involves: Checking the general condition of refueling vehicle before leaving the depot. Maneuvering the heavy refuelling vehicle into position at the aircraft parking bay, and carefully avoid at all times collision with the aircraft or other airport ground handling vehicles. Connecting up electrical bonding between the refuelling vehicle and aircraft, hydrant intake hose, emergency landyard and fuelling hose in correct sequence

Job Responsibilities: Ensure the implementation of procedures necessary to provide quality and safe product & service outputs. Manage and Plan the manpower resources and working hours within the department effectively.

Requirements: Good working knowledge and experience in implementing HSE and Quality system. At least having a Diploma in Engineering or with relevant professional qualifications. At least 10 years of experiences in workshop and service related jobs. (Preferrably in oil & gas industry). At least several years of direct experiences working on production/repair/overhaul/commissioning of machines related to oil & gas industry. At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.
