PAN Electrics Pte Ltd, We open the opportunity for professional and dynamic individuals for join with our company and you will occupy position as Construction Manager
Responsibilities: To schedule for and submit all project deliverable documentations & plans for Client approval or review. To monitor project schedule to ensure timely project delivery. To review any Client Field Instruction / Engineer Instruction / Variation Order Requests. To submit quotations to Client as required accordingly. To review & approve all sub-contractor claims and variation orders submitted. To ensure progress claims submitted to Client timely. To liaise with Client on project related matters. To conduct site meetings with project staff & sub-contractors. To attend site meetings with Client / Main Contractor / Consultants. To evaluate project staffs competency, recommend / request for appropriate training when necessary. Responsible for project tenders and project management. Strong leadership qualities. Good organizational and communication skills. To plan project budget, project planning & schedule as per project requirements. To ensure the project execution at project site is properly implemented. Accountable for project budget to ensure effective cost control. To comprehend fully the project scope & requirements in order to ensure the compliance with required specifications, standards & drawings.
Applicant Qualifications : Able to work irregular hours, planned or adhoc. Able to start work in short notice or immediately is preferred. Only Singaporeans, PRs and Malaysians need to apply. Degree / Diploma in Engineering, preferably Electrical. Min 4 years experiences in electrical construction. Possess interpersonal and planning skills. Willing to learn, meticulous and able to work under pressure.
