Account Assistant requirements: Diploma in Accounting or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a logistics environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting software. Meticulous with detailed work. Willing to learn. Hands-on team player
Account Assistant Responsibility: Partial Book-keeping. Performing full AR & AP functions which include data entry on invoicing; suppliers bills, receipts, payments & petty cash. Other duties included banking in cheques, issue payment, petty cash reimbursement and any other ad hoc duties given by superior.
